Incentives for Change
1. It is morally imperative that everyone living in the United States
has access to essential healthcare. 2. Increasing healthcare costs
cannot be sustained. At the present rate the system will be bankrupt in
a matter of time. 3. Individuals currently have little control over
the decisions, costs, management, and many errors they are exposed to in
their healthcare system. They are forced to accept the system the way it
is. 4. Americans recognize the need for change and are willing to
support change that will alleviate the U.S. healthcare problems.22
